1.5 Cups Each (4 Pup Pops)

1.Peanut Butter and Banana Popsicles

• Ingredients: 1 ripe banana (½ cup mashed), ¾ cup plain yogurt, ¼ cup unsweetened peanut butter, ½ cup water.

Instructions: Mix all until a smooth consistency is achieved. Pour into molds and freeze.

2. Blueberry Watermelon Popsicles

Ingredients: 1 cup seedless watermelon, ½ cup blueberries, ½ cup water.

Instructions: Blend watermelon and blueberries with water. Pour into molds and freeze.

3. Pumpkin and Carrot Popsicles

Ingredients: ½ cup canned pumpkin, ½ cup grated carrots, ½ cup water.
