• Returns & Exchanges
• We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition to qualify for a return.
• Return shipping costs may apply unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
• Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund to the original payment method within X business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.
Damaged or Defective Items
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within X days of receiving your order, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
• Due to health and safety reasons, perishable items and opened treats cannot be returned.
• Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return.
