Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $55.00. For all orders under $55.00, we charge a flat $5.99 fee for anywhere in the US. We ship Monday through Friday via USPS or UPS, generally within 24 - 48 hours of your order.

Orders placed with standard shipping will arrive within 5-10 business days after leaving our facility in Los Angeles, CA. Carrier delays can extend this timeframe; if your order is taking longer than expected to deliver, please contact the carrier for details. Please note that expedited orders must be placed before noon in order to be received the next business day.

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at support@licksandwags.com and we'll try our best to track it down. With lost packages we will provide you with store credit or a replacement product in lieu of a refund.

Returns

We accept returns of all unopened and unused products within 30 days of receiving your order and will provide a shipping label for the return. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the total refund amount once we receive the items back to our facility and determine that they are in "unopened and unused" condition.
